September 7, 2021Maa Park Point is such a beautiful brand new community. It’s in close proximity to many shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores etc . The staff is amazing! I spoke with Tonice over the phone in June and told her I wanted to do a virtual tour since I am moving from out of state . She was really nice and patient and answered every single question I had . Immediately after the tour she sent me an application to my email and I was approved right away. I had two packages delivered to my ...doorstep 2 days before move in so I called the office to see if someone could go by and hold them for me . Isela was so kind , she went to the apt put the packages inside and sent me a picture of them . She also told me to call again if another one is delivered early. I signed my lease (Sept 1) 3 months after my virtual tour and Tonice made move in day a breeze! By far the easiest move in I’ve ever had. I’ve been renting for 10+ years and the staff here is by far the best I’ve had . They really do care. VIP Customer Service Experience
August 23, 2021One of THEE most efficient leasing teams I have ever experienced. I relocated into Houston for work with only 2 weeks to find a place. I had looked at so many places that everything was starting to look alike. I was officially overwhelmed and running out of time. William followed up on my inquiry saying all the right things. I toured that same day and applied by the next morning. Although William was off work, Isela followed up and continued the process along with Tonice, the Asst. PM. William ...moved me in the very next day. He even stayed late so I could pick up my keys as I arrived after business hours due to movers packing up late!!! Superb customer service. The entire process took 48 hours!! Relocating into another city is very delicate with ton$ of moving part$. Literally, William and the MAA Park Point team saved the day. I am forever grateful.
