Worst Management / Worst Property
November 27, 2022Terrible property and management. I been without A/C and No stove for over a week in winter. No hot water and not a working fridge. This property had no urgency to fix my problem. NOTHING but Terrible help. the manager blew us off before the thanksgiving break knowing we was without power. We had to call corporate three times just to get any kind of help. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will just neglect the residents till they are ready to help on there time. Worst year so far and I renewed. Plus they ...only have they only have one trash can that never works. CANT WAIT TO MOVE. BEEN NOTHING BUT HELL AT RANCHSTONE.Property Manager Responded

My Favorite Apartment
August 17, 2021I've lived in several apartment communities in several different cities in Texas and Ranchstone is by far the best. The staff are very welcoming and attentive and our home is a great value for the price. They have all of the amenities we could want, including a sauna. We've been here almost 2 years and plan to stay until we purchase a home. We haven't had any pest issues and snagged our covered parking for only $10/mo!Property Manager Responded

October 5, 2018The property is generally well-kept, and management and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. When our roof was leaking during a brutal storm on a holiday, the on-call maintenance person immediately drove over and helped as best as he could. He was very nice and understanding. Sometimes, it seems that management has very little push when trying to fix issues: such as the mailboxes being broken into- the entire community was asked to pick up their mail at the post office for almost ...2 months. Those of us that work full time in the city are unable to visit the post office, so that was a difficult time for mail. Currently, the only big problem we have is the trash: there is only one compactor for the whole complex, which is currently broken. It has been replaced with ONE dumpster for the whole complex. It seems that management is unable to manage the waste, as the dumpster is usually overflowing into the driveway when the company finally comes to empty it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The covered parking is a welcome attribute and is cost effective. The pool is always clean and inviting and the propane grills are a nice addition to the premises.
