Complaints property management is a joke!

Worst experience ever 9 months of horror noisy neighbors above after recording and sending our concerns to office staff nothing came of it called police more than once they did nothing. They actually thought it was a good idea to charge us ?!! To move to a different unit which moving to another unit could’ve been just as bad do not trust them they sold us on a bigger apartment just to get money because the previous tenants you can’t tell me they never complained those people upstairs are VERY ...

inconsiderate people thumping jumping slamming any loud noise you can think of early hours in the morning to late at night sounded like tvs and howling balls a very bad thunderstorm there was no peace in that apartment and happy to have gotten the hell out of they . Do not rent here you may fall victim to the unit we were in. Property management is a Joke!!!

Unless you're willing to pay prices that are way too expensive for the size and location, I would not rent here. They only care about being superficial. Selectively enforce property rules. They don't clean any part of the complex that doesn't face the main road. Will come to "fix" stuff, depending on what the item is, or will tell you that there is a part that needs to be ordered and never return. Won't work with you if you have an emergency come up, and you have to pay later than the 3rd day of ...

the month (they will still file for eviction even after you tell them). They don't listen to actual requests. "Market" prices. They'll raise your renewal every year.

In my early apartment search, I could not find a staff as prepared and ready to help me move in as much as the staff of Colonial Grand at round rock. They are so friendly and welcoming off the bat and are responsive to anything almost immediately. I had a minor issue and after emailing for their aid, they had come to fix the issue not even 10 minutes later! Kindness and hard work is fully strong at this apartment & staff.

I’ve been living at this complex for over a year and recently renewed my lease despite increasing rent in this area. I have moved around a lot and this place is by far the most pleasant experience. In part due to HEB+ being a 5 minute walk, quiet and polite neighbors, very pretty pool area, but mainly the staff here makes it feel like home. Especially Mrs. Jackie at the front office. I have been pleasantly surprised on a number of occasions when it was quite busy at the office when I came in with ...

a minor request; despite been preoccupied, she always notices that I stop by and finds time to address my concern without delay. I have recently misplaced my gym keys and thought I’d have to pay for replacement set to use until I find the original set, Mrs Jackie got me a spare in no time, saving me time and money. Mrs Jackie and Jennifer at the office are both great at their job and never left my requests unattended, they follow up through email or by calling me for important reminders. The maintenance is prompt at responding as well, I’ve even had them come out on a late Friday night when my alarm battery wouldn’t stop beeping. I thought with it being late and a weekend, I’d have to go get a ladder and replace it myself, but they didn’t make me wait long at all and saved me all the trouble. I was also pleasantly surprised when the office rewarded me by adding credit to my bill for decorating my balcony with plants.

Trash everywhere!!!

The trash situation is out of control. Garage bags everywhere. Management needs to be changed, they are incompetent. Soon we’ll have rats and raccoons infesting the complex.
