  • Horrible Service and Horrible Customer Satisfaction

    1 is too high of a score for this complex. I am currently dealing with a pest issue and it seems like management could care less about their tenant of 3 years. When the Leasing Manager first took over he was hands on but it seems like ever since he has more tenure he could care less about anyone. I will be calling BBB.

  • Started great but quality has been dwindling

    I have lived at LOG for the past two years, and I am completely done with the added fees of living here as well with the bugs. These apartments are infested and you have to remind the office staff for pest control to come MULTIPLE times for a slight chance that they will come and spray your apartment. I will be leaving based on the lackluster service in regards to the pest control, the fees that add roughly $80 to the rent for the place, and security does not do anything. People do whatever ...
    they want at the pools. People bring alcohol when there are children there and I have seen several people smoking cigarettes while in the pool with others in the vicinity, all while security sits on their phones and does nothing. I would not recommend living here at all.

  • Great place to live

    This place is fantastic. The maintenance was on point and the staff is very nice. However, I had to give it four stars instead of five because they charge you for cable which is a part of the rent even though you don't really use cable at all.

  • Over paying fees monthly

    If you move here be sure pest control spray the apartment. They charge you monthly for pest control fees but you are lucky if they come and spray. And you would think pest control will come monthly to all the apartments so nobody has unwanted roommates. But nope you will have to call(lots of time) to remind the staff and ask if pest control will be coming, and if they do not come you will still be charged. Nonsense

    This is just an average apartment. rent seems below the market price, but there is a required $45 cable fee on top of the rent which I think it's not fair. interior does not look new. bugs are out of control during the summer. fortunately staff here are very helpful.

    This is the perfect place for elderly couples that are raising young children. The community is quiet there is a lot of amenity around shopping is easy to get from your home to there. It's somewhat reasonable for those on a fix income. But the area is very clean, large courts yards and two large pools that all family member can enjoy.     I have lived in LOG for almost a year now and I love it. It's very quiet and has a diverse culture of residents. The leasing office is really good at rectifying maintenance issues and fairly quickly including the after hours maintenance staff.

    Lincoln on the Green is a GREAT community to live in. The grounds and landscaping are always well kept and the maintenance staff is thorough and fast. Granted, there are issues that will come up (thats life) but the staff will do there very best to resolve them effectively and quickly. They have two of the most AMAZING staff members (Adaliya and Shaquita) who are very helpful and aim to make your living experience there a memorable one.     Iike I was paid to write it but I am an actual resident. I have been on the property for 1 year and I have renewed my lease. I have lived in a couple of different apartment complexes and have always been counting down the days that my lease would be up. At Lincoln on the Green, I can actually call my this place home and will hopefully be renewing my lease until I am ready to take the leap and purchase a house.
