When moving out BEWARE!
April 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comLeasing office will be very nice until you move somewhere else. Will not work with you on moiving out at all. They also cannot retain employees who are nice to the residents. My truck also got broken into when I was here. Neighbors are also bad, community when down hill really quick while I lived here. The volume of noise you hear in your apartment is incredible. I have things constantly falling off my walls on a daily basis, waking me up at all hours, and the screaming is insane. The people above me are not considerate of someone with a work schedule, and don't expect the management to do anything about it. February 28, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in the Verandas for over six months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The property is very well kept, the gates have very little to no issues, and plenty of parking. I live on the third floor which offers a fireplace and vaulted ceilings, plus very minimal noise from neighbors. Lots of working adults in the complex so everyone is courteous and quiet. Maintenance is very quick and helpful. Dennis in the front office is the best! It was his honesty and professionalism ...that sold me on the Verandas at Southwood. Great floor plans with beautiful finishes. Fantastic gym, pool, grills, two playgrounds, and two dog parks. We never thought we'd be just as comfortable in an apartment complex as we were in our home. While we were hoping not to have to meet neighbors, they are turning out to be good friends. If you feel like you need maintenance help they are Johnny on the Spot. The office staff is very pleasant and they found us a garage very close to our place.
