July 20, 2023Avoid this place like the plague. Not for professionals. Old, dated apartments and the worst management I’ve ever encountered. Not responsive, rude when any issues are raised. People are moving out in droves. The hallways reek of weed and the pool isn’t clean. I couldn’t get out fast enough.Property Manager Responded

RUN
February 20, 2023RENTER BEWARE.......If you are looking for a peaceful place to live this is NOT the place to live! The volume of noise you hear in your apartment is incredible. I have things constantly falling off my walls on a daily basis, waking me up at all hours, and the screaming is insane. The people above me are not considerate of someone with a work schedule, and don't expect the management to do anything about it. Ready to Impress
February 28, 2018I have lived in the Verandas for over six months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The property is very well kept, the gates have very little to no issues, and plenty of parking. I live on the third floor which offers a fireplace and vaulted ceilings, plus very minimal noise from neighbors. Lots of working adults in the complex so everyone is courteous and quiet. Maintenance is very quick and helpful. Dennis in the front office is the best! It was his honesty and professionalism ...that sold me on the Verandas at Southwood. Great floor plans with beautiful finishes. Fantastic gym, pool, grills, two playgrounds, and two dog parks. Southwood is a great area to live and the Verandas is the place to be!Property Manager Responded

We LOVE our apartment!
February 5, 2016Still getting situated after our move in a few months ago. While downsizing from our home we have had to make some adjustments to apartment living. We never thought we'd be just as comfortable in an apartment complex as we were in our home. While we were hoping not to have to meet neighbors, they are turning out to be good friends. If you feel like you need maintenance help they are Johnny on the Spot. The office staff is very pleasant and they found us a garage very close to our place.
