Great place to live!
September 25, 2024I've had several after-hours maintenance issues, and I can't say enough good things about the service here. Every time I've needed help, Willy (during regular business hours) and Tyrone (from the after-hours maintenance team) have come through. No matter how late it is, he’s always responsive, professional, and efficient, getting things fixed quickly. It’s reassuring to know that we have someone like him on call for emergencies. In addition, the front office management has been excellent. They ...are always friendly, responsive, and attentive to residents' needs, which really enhances the overall living experience here. I feel well taken care of by both the maintenance team and the office staff. Highly recommend this complex for its top-notch service!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE. My apartment was broken into after 6 months+
June 22, 2023I had almost $18,000 worth of items stolen. I notified the front office immediately and called the police. I filled out a police report. I had to leave the apartment for safety concerns. MAA did nothing. A few months after moving into my apartment, someone tried to break in my apartment in the middle of the night. I woke up and made a loud noise. The person ran down the stairs and into the car parking lot. I told the leasing agent the next day and she said and I quote “I was just making things ...up.” I filled out a police report. The SHOOTING on property DID HAPPEN. Tenants were evacuated from the property. Police set up a command post in the lobby and front office. MAA DID NOT pay for people to go to hotels. A lot of tenants had no where to go. The tenant that was attacked coming out of the laundry facility DID HAPPEN. Police were running all a round the property. There is NO SECURITY whatsoever on the property. NO SECURITY CAMERAS, SECURITY GUARDS, and lighting is very poor on property. CRIME is a problem. The front gates were always broken and left open during the night. Tenant’s cars were being broken into. There were community meetings with MAA, but nothing ever improved. My experience at MAA was not a good one. I did not feel SAFE when I lived there.Property Manager Responded

September 18, 2019Moved in this spring and have enjoyed the quiet community. The dog park is in a perfect location of all the buildings and the pool is heaven. The manager (I think her name is Mary)has been very helpful and open in the communication of things going on in and around the community. ROACHES
May 18, 2018I have had to put in 3 maintenance requests in 1 week for spotting roaches in my apartment. They have been various sizes from baby/small to rather large roaches. In reply to the first 2 requests, they sprayed my apartment, which clearly did not work because there was a 3rd occurrence. And I'm not speaking of dead roaches, I mean live, roaches, crawling on my dishes roaches. I have lived here since January but the problem is recent (withing the past 2 weeks) which means that someone either moved ...in or moved out. I'm a clean person who makes her kid eat at the table and washes dishes almost nightly. After the 3rd request, I kinda expected that someone would call and touch bases with me about my issues, especially since I stated my displeasure in the request. But no one did. Unprofessional Staff, Not WORTH.
November 22, 2016This place is not at all good, property office staff is very worst, not at all helpful. Does not treat people correctly, they are not at all willing to resolve residents issues. On the other hand they are always send you fine notices without no reason. Trash collection is BIG issue. Please SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and visit other communities in the area for better service. November 2, 2016This review specially for staff and there unprofessional fine policies. We are living here from past two years and was planning to continue next year as well but because unnecessary fine regarding valet trash we will for sure thinking to move out. Valet trash service is very poor and many residents have same complaints. For past two months we are not receiving proper service and complaints uploaded on portal but no response. Valet trash people was not collecting trash for more than 2-3 days. They ...are imposing 25$ fine for not keeping trash in trash can but they do not understand that resident do not want to keep trash can outside for 2-3 days if you not collecting trash on time. I do not recommend this community anymore because unprofessional staff. Otherthan this we uploaded many complaints about maintenance staff/person assign to our building but no response. So please dont get stuck at this place because this place getting worst because unprofessional staff, there are many professional communities in area with same price. Awful, don't trust them!
January 26, 2016I was a resident for just over 5 months. The apartment was nice, but mold in the bathroom, traffic noise from the tollway were nothing compared to the fraudulent practices from the management. The lease practices.....don't believe anything they say to you. They tried to raise my rent over $800 for my last several months. I'm still fighting "late fees" for charges made long after my move out. They have still not listed my unit for re-lease despite the fact that I turned it before ...Christmas. Update: now they have fined me for not cleaning my unit despite telling me I had to pay an express cleaning fee of $150 and telling me I don't have to clean. My fines for late payment were refunded, but between $145 of late fees and my $100 deposit, they are trying to pay me $58 of the $245 that they owe me. They also claimed not to have my forwarding info which I provided 3x and confirmed was in their computer. They also have my phone # since it hasn't changed in 13 yrs. AWFUL. Winter cold, Summer hot place
October 26, 2015Everything looks great before you move in, and they treat you like a king, but once they lock you in and you sign the contract everything will change. They never answer or return your calls/emails after you move in. I have my heat unit broke down few times and it was never fixed in a good time frame. The apartment is cold during the winter and hot in the summer and no matter how many time you tell them that will never change. When I was ready to move out (finally), I was charged with charges ...that I don't even know about. like garbage can top which I've never seen/used before missing (50$), few nail wholes in the wall (20$), so many pest control fee changes, so many times, and they never ever came. And when I tried to contact them and talk to them about it, they never even bother reply. Please choose another place. I don't wish anybody the experince that I've had there. Everybody deserve a nice customer service even after you sign a one year contract. I tried to be as honest as I could, and I wish somebody will benefit from this review. Luxury in every sense of the word
July 26, 2015I've lived in several apartments before this and all required me to compromise between what I wanted and what I could afford. This apartment freed me from that. The amenities in every unit are beyond compare, including stainless steel appliances, full house depth sinks, elongated toilets, and faux wood blinds. The complex is nice, clean, and with a beautiful salt water pool. The staff are extremely attentive. I had a small issue with a low priority maintenance request falling off the radar ...but it's such a small error it doesn't even knock a star off the review.
