Overpriced everything
July 29, 2023The location is fine but everything else seemed to be lacking. The maintenance crew would leave a mess every time they came into your apartment which sucked. The insulation was horrible in the apartment like you knew when it was windy outside even if you had headphones in and the blinds were closed. It's way too expensive to live there unless you can hold down three jobs, so if you do live here get like 3-4 roommates seriously.Property Manager Responded

Not the best
November 25, 2022The A/C units leak every week in the bathroom and the maintenance comes out, but the problem is never fixed. The toilet in my apartment also had fire damage and hadn't been replaced when I moved in. The stove tops don't have clear markers for which burners are the back and the front. There were also roaches when my boyfriend and I each moved in. It's not worth the amount of rent you're paying.Property Manager Responded

Great apartment complex
June 21, 2021I lived here for 4 years and it was a really good experience for me. The location is great and it's very well-kept and quiet. It's also perfect if you have a dog because there are plenty of them for your pup to socialize with. My dog made many friends here! The office and maintenance staff are also very friendly and they always took good care of me. I have no complaints about this place.Property Manager Responded

Great Place with an Excellent Staff
February 19, 2019If your looking for a great apartment complex to live in you should give Tiffany Oaks a close look. Yes it has many amenities and it's nicely landscaped with an excellent location but it's the Company/Staff that manage it that is truly exceptional. I can tell you this first hand... We had to work with Tiffany Oaks Management regarding a challenging and complicated situation. Unlike several other apartment complexes in the area they treated us with understanding, respect and professionalism. ...Tiffany Oaks made a terrible situation manageable and for that we will forever be grateful. Great location but the management team are a bunch of money hungry snakes.
December 15, 2018Don't have much of a problem with this place other than the management and the employees in the office. Let me just say bluntly, they don't care at all about their residents other than the money in their pockets. First off, you have to give them your arm and leg just to get in touch with them over their BUSINESS phone. I've also had several occasions where I called for a maintenance request and come to find out they never even put the request in. And NO follow ups whatsoever. But how money hungry ...they are is astounding. They try every possible way to squeak out every little cent you have and will no doubt raise your monthly rate $80-$90 every year (LOWEST). Newsflash ya'll, MOST PEOPLE LIVE IN APARTMENTS FOR A REASON; not a lot of income coming in. They're snakes and they have no customer service eye. And until they realize a business wont thrive until you take care and accommodate your customers, they will continue to LOSE customers and have a bunch of turnover. Hey, maybe that's why they have to charge so much, they have to constantly renovate apartments.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2017Every evening I worry about coming home to NO PARKING. Then they expect you to "RESERVE" a parking spot for $25 a month instead of just doing one flat rate. Or putting the 2 spaces that have our apartment number on so they can end this madness I see people here that don't even live here taking up a space on top of the broken down cars that have taken up a space for months just assign the spots to our apartment number 2 to aapartment if its two bedroom & 1 for one bedrooms this is stressful or do ...ONE TIME FEE for reserved spot.Property Manager Responded

A piece of advice
November 7, 2015There no two or three bedrooms in this complex. What they have is one official bedroom. Then there's the den with no window but it's considered a bedroom and there's a sunroom which is also considered a bedroom but you can't even fit a twin size bedroom set in there also no door to it. And w the bed in there you can't access the closet at all. Management willing to poke a hole in your pocket w hefty rent. Address them on the floor plan we have and how it's "justified" to pay what we pay and ...you'll end up w a commercial speech....cost of living increase and brush you off.
