Much quieter than surrounding complexes, great management. No elevator can be a problem I personally got used to 3 flights of stairs after 6-8weeks. Only concern is potential to be loud (residents on balconies late night) once weather warms up.

Pros - great location in Uptown. Friendly leasing office staff. Cons - apartments are generally some of the oldest in Uptown. Though well maintained. Pool is small and does not get much sun.

Management is great and organized. No shady business. They are extremely proactive in handling frustration if situations like the laundry card machine being out. Just wish the made sure maintenance was leaving notices 24 hours in advance before entering apartment for a specific reason. Pretty sure it?s the law.

I have had mostly postive experiences living at the property! I really enjoy my living space, the rent is a great value for the location, the maintenance is very quick to respond, and the leasing office staff are very friendly. A few suggested areas of improvement: - Street Parking: About 6-8 months ago, the painted curves that said "No Standing" were removed, and that has led to cars parking at strange corners often making it difficult to maneuver around. It would be nice if that was prevented - ...
It would be nice to have a package service again. As one who struggled with Luxer before, I am not suggesting to switch back to that service. And the leasing office has been great, just sometimes difficult to get a package during the week based on work hours. Potentially a package locker scenario? I have several friends who have those in their apartment, where you will receive a code like Luxer, enter it, and then one of the lockers will open up with your package (for oversize ones, they are sent to leasing office still)

I enjoy living here. It's quiet and in a very good location. The units themselves seem a little old and the layout of my unit is unique but it's got quite a bit of storage space. I like the European feel to the units and it doesn't generally seem very busy. I don't see a lot of children around, but it's walking distance to Booker T if your child goes there. The pool is a little small, they also have a nice outdoor deck, grills, a fitness center and small business center. It can be hard to find ...
outside parking for guests, and if you don't live in the building with the garage, it can be a bit of a walk to get there. The staff and maintenance have been great. Location is great, you're about a mile or less walk to Klyde Warren Park, McKinney Ave, AAC, Aquarium and more. I feel safe and I do enjoy living here.

This apartment is amazing. A five minute walk from a beautiful park where events take place almost every weekend. Five minutes the other direction you have the busiest park in Dallas, Klyde Warren Park! The cherry on top is the brand new whole foods just 3 blocks away. If you want to live in Uptown Dallas, this complex is for you!

Post Uptown Village has been a wonderful experience. I feel really safe in this uptown location. I wish there were more wood floors options for one bedrooms, but that is hard to find in this area for a reasonable price. I use many of the amenities here. The laundry room, the pools, the gym, and the resident kitchen by the pool. The administration office organizes events with free food and drinks. This spot is incredible. Great highway access, walking distance to everything downtown, uptown, grocery, entertainment, Deep Ellum, American Airlines center, parks, the whole deal. If you want to live in the city without breaking the bank live Here. The staff is incredible and will do anything they can to make you feel at home. I moved from CT without setting foot in Dallas and I am so happy I chose Post Uptown Village. I feel like I am at an Italian Villa when I sit by the pool!
