My honest Review
October 23, 2025The amenities remain limited and always overcrowded. Package delivery continues to be a major issue — several packages have been marked as “delivered and signed by me,” yet I never received them. I’ve had to contact support multiple times just to get refunds. Important mail has also gone missing, and even now, delivery drivers remain confused about where to leave packages. On multiple occasions, my deliveries have been left outside the building. The irony is that management recently implemented ...“enhanced security” by adding a separate locked mailroom — yet the access door is often left wide open, or drivers simply abandon packages outside because they can’t figure out where to go. Needless to say, we do not trust them with any important mail. Parking is another nightmare. There are simply not enough parking spaces near our home. Many nights, we’ve had to walk up to 10 minutes just to reach our car. The building’s cleanliness has drastically declined — garbage smells linger on nearly every floor, and dog urine odors are pervasive. There is zero management oversight on this issue, and the hallways often feel neglected. To make matters worse, there has been ongoing construction for over five months, causing constant air and noise pollution. The irony is that management advertises “quiet hours” from 10 PM to 7 AM, yet we’ve witnessed asphalt repairs happening at 3 AM. Lately, the numerous asphalt repair projects have completely blocked entry and exit roads, leaving residents trapped inside or unable to return home. We’ve even been forced to drive over freshly laid asphalt, which can cause long-term damage to tires and vehicles — yet there’s been no acknowledgment or compensation for these repeated inconveniences. It’s a total abomination. Adding to the frustration, unexpected maintenance activities (like fan installations) are still scheduled without notice, forcing residents to rearrange heavy furniture and disrupt their routines. The staff does not protect tenants’ belongings during these processes either. Even the basic on-site utilities are unreliable. The coffee machine is constantly under maintenance, and when it’s finally working, there are no cups available for residents. The computers in the common office area rarely function properly — and since day one, the Mac keyboard has been completely broken and never repaired.Property Manager Responded

April 16, 2024From the first day I stepped onto the property until move-in day and now a month into my lease, the whole process with the Alta Vale staff has been seamless. Brand new apartments on a property that is well upkept was exactly what I was looking for. When I moved in I had no issues getting my key and no issues with anything in my apartment. The complex is quiet outside of some construction going on for townhomes, but you know that moving in. Hannah in leasing was amazing from start to finish, and ...everyone is professional and nice. My building is secure which I like, and they host packages through butterfly which keeps your packages secure as well. March 5, 2024I appreciate that Alta Vale feels like home. After being a homeowner for two plus decades, I didn't know what to expect, but the experience here has been altogether pleasant. Albeit limited, I have enjoyed my exchanges with the staff. They have been helpful and very cordial. The apartment itself is nice. Interior space is allocated with applied sense to daily life. Will love when everything is done
February 5, 2024Moved into this apartment complex towards its opening and all the things you look for (location, property, amenities, etc.), Alta Vale does really well, and I have enjoyed. The part that has become very aggravating is the noise. Upon moving in, it was communicated that the construction to the building would be done in Dec. of '23. The noise in the intermediary was louder than I had anticipated when signing lease and unfortunately, it was failed in sharing that dozens of townhomes will be put ...up surrounding the property. With that being said, the early morning alarm of steel cutting and heavy machinery, etc. does not seem to go away for at least another year. The noise, along with the occupancy of the parking lot by construction equipment/remanence of an active job site, can certainly be aggravating should you work remote or not leave by 6am.
