These apartments are old and need to be fully upgraded!
The street almost always floods when it rains, they MAKE you get spectrum for internet/cable services, the a/c units constantly leak over the tub, BUGS AND FLIES ARE HORRIBLE. Put a work order in, it’s halfway done or not at all.

I just left the leasing office and the staff was very rude. I am very keen on customer service and even if you're with someone you at least acknowledge your new customer when they walk in. The lady didn't even try and make eye contact with me or even greet me. Very disappointed I was looking forward to viewing the property for a new place to call home.

Living at Green Tree Place has been very satisfactory. Multi-residence living is never 100% and for the most part neighbors are responsible. Some are not good at picking up their large dog's poop.

Green Tree Place has done an amazing job in making this feel like home. I don't even refer to my place as an apartment when speaking about it to friends I call it my house. They are quick to address any maintenence calls, pest control comes by in a timely manner, the office answers any questions you may have or call back really quick.
