My family and I have lived in this community for going on 3 years now, and we’re about to renew our lease. It’s the best! The community is clean, the staff is friendly, the apartments are super nice, they have a pretty spacious dog park, and the pool area is fun. Has something for everyone in the family!

Unfortunately, this complex tows vehicles even though you’re registered to park through them. If you get a new car and get your new plates make sure to update it on their app (that second) or they will tow your car for simply being a resident and parking there, with NO help with towing fees or any warning of some sort. Apparently this complex likes to enforce laws as if they’re law enforcement. Perhaps they should pay more attention to their residents cars getting broken into, late trash pickups, ...
creaking ceilings and floors, poor plumbing, and non functional gym equipment as these are the notifications you will get on the daily as a resident here. The staff here (specifically Diane and Rebecca) show obviously no remorse for treating paying residents this way. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Constant construction. Terrible staff. Everything is electronic and does not work half the time. There is trash overflow. car break ins. Poor drainage pools of water everywhere.
