The Marlon at Central Park may look appealing, but the reality is disappointing. The apartments are cheaply constructed and come with a lot of headaches. Appliances are unreliable, and despite requests, management refuses to fix the water temperature issues—my wife regularly has to settle for cold/very warm showers.
