Great place
September 7, 2025I just recently moved to Wichita and so far I absolutely love it at this apartment complex. The apartments are extremely nice and the environment is awesome. The staff here are so kind and helpful and always on top of things, and the maintenance is also very very good and quick to get things fixed. This place even has a lake on it, how can you get better than that? There is also a gate here securing the property so safety isn’t a worry one bit. Overall I’d genuinely recommend this to anyone ...looking for a move. It’s a great home!Property Manager Responded

Great great place to live

Dont be fooled by lies
January 10, 2022Let me break down the "greatness" of this complex using their own description: **Maintenance on site - Not true **Property Manager on Site - Not true **Gated - Sometimes when it's working which is rarely. The gate is left open a lot overnight, etc because is is broken more than it's not. **In Unit Washer/Dryer - It is hookups, you have to either rent washer and dryers or bring your own, the apartment does not provide them **High Speed Internet Access - huh? where? You have to contact your ...internet company and get your own access which you pay for **Water/Trash/Sewer/Pest - not provided, complex charges an extra monthly fee for your water, etc. **A quiet suburb of Wichita - so quiet that you can hear the gun shots of south Wichita **Paved sidewalks great for biking or jogging - It is great walking past homeless people outside the gate **Public schools in the neighborhood are excellent - Last I knew, the higher the number, the more excellent the schools - south Wichita has very low rating schools (Cessna Elementary rates 2 out of 10, Truesdell Middle rates 2 out of 10, South High rates 1 out of 10) **Residents enjoy the peace and quiet of living - loud neighbors, music, a venue across the lake blasts music all summer long throughout the day and into the night, people play loud music at pool and playground area - nothing quiet about living here For the high cost of a very outdated apartment, you can find something much nicer in a much safer neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
January 12, 2022Anonymous, please allow me to address a few of the concerns brought up in this review. As mentioned, we do provide washer/dryer hookups in our homes which is stated in our listings. Our community does have High-Speed Internet Access as well. This means you will need to set services up through a third party, but that our homes are equipped for that service. If you are experiencing any issues such as safety or noise concerns please contact the Wichita Police Dept. or our courtesy patrol company, Signal 88, for further action to be taken. You can report noise complaints to those entities after office hours or directly to our professional on-site management staff during office hours. We are truly saddened to hear that you have not enjoyed your stay here at our community, and hope that the proper communication when you experience any problems will help us come to mutual solutions. December 22, 2021New management took over around September 2021 - please note the 5-star reviews are for older management and not new company that purchased the facility. Rent has gone up sky high, poor maintenance, place has gone downhill in a short time with trash throughout parking lot and yards. Office staff is disrespectful and unhelpful. Lake does not have fish and has mostly trash on the bottom. Property is not maintained or safe. Police are here often for drugs, robbery, and domestic violence. Walls are ...thin and you can hear your neighbors TV show on normal volume!Property Manager Responded

$80 year rent increase! BEWARE
December 15, 2021Not as great as it use to be before being sold to Monarch Investment Group - They have raised rent by $80 for tenants... new office person is not friendly and not knowledgeable at all - big dogs and pit bulls run loose and was told it was okay as long as they aren't charging or growling at you! Complex has had gun-point robbery in parking lot, drug busts, and several domestic violence issues... the police are here a LOT.. the so-called gated community rarely works and the gate is open 24/7... ...dead bushes all over, stickers all over the yard area, etc. I LOVED it here until new management took over.. the rent rise will be having me move when my lease is up.Property Manager Responded
