        This place is so horrible. The noise level is out of control...You can hear EVERYthing happening in your building. You can hear people talking in the corridors. They have been doing work on apartments in my building for the last 3 months and it is insanely noisy. I can't sleep at all. I am moving out of here ASAP. Front office doesn't care, maintenance guys doesn't care that their contractors are disturbing their residents. Its clear they just want your money.....not your satisfaction

        This is the WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in, if I could give them no stars I would. The apartment manager and her staff don't care about your calls or concerns so don't bother trying. Oh, let me mention the fact that I called about a closet door that came off the hinges when we first moved (my 8 year old simply tried opening it) and nobody came to fix it, but they charged $220 when we moved out. Great communicating on their part.. NOT! Their dumpster is always overflowing so get used to trash ...
        bags surrounding it. Also, get used to the mold around your windows and the cigarette butts outside your door from neighbors. The walls and ceilings are paper thin so if you have disrespectful neighbors, as I did, you’ll be miserable. They’re renovating every apartment and decided it was a good idea to put hardwood floors… you better hope you don’t get people above you that enjoy wearing heals EVERYDAY. I have lived here for a year and the post office has lost THREE packages, and when the office is questioned they’re no help whatsoever (even though they have the keys to the empty parcel lockers that you open). I understand the pool area being improved, however the pool is closed 90% of the time (try explaining that to children with floaties on waiting at the gate). Oh, and don’t come home after 5:00pm because you’ll have to park three buildings away from your apartment (kind of sucks at 10:30pm as my wife’s a woman in the restaurant industry). People park in handicap parking daily or make parking spots of their own in the middle of the road. I will give it to the complex, they are TRYING to improve, but with the tenants they have, nothing is going to change. If you do decide to move here don’t try to fix an issue because every time you call the office, nobody can help with issues other than the apartment manager and if she’s not in, good luck catching her next time! This is by far the smallest apartment for the most money on the market right now. Yes, they have some pretty cool amenities, however with all its’ flaws, it’s nowhere near worth it! I hate this apartment and only moved in because of an emergency, I was so happy to move out this month! Do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time looking at these apartments, you'll regret it.

        They have a bogus monthly water with no water meters, meaning your rent is a different amount every month and you never what your monthly rent will be until you get the statement which is a financial strain on a single Mom. The plumbing is backed up every month

        The two bed two bathroom apartment is large enough to give each person some level of privacy. The The appliances are modern and work well. Office staff and especially maintenance are friendly,efficient and address any issues promptly. This is a clean and friendly community located VERY conveniently close to Public transportation,shopping,City Hall,The Post Office and the library. Very importantly I feel very safe. I would recommend this community to friends and family. It would be nice if the pet ...
