Stairwell noise is too loud. It constantly disrupts my sleep.
October 4, 2025Be cautious about renting a unit with bedrooms beside the stairwell. The stairs can be extremely loud—kids, delivery drivers, and late-night residents stomp up and down, and the noise carries straight into the bedrooms. I’ve complained and management has tried, but the problem continues. You’d expect better stairwell construction or soundproofing for a complex that had bedrooms so close to the stairwells. If your bedroom is going to be by the stairwell expect to hear loud footsteps/stomping ...throughout the day and night making is very difficult to wind down and relax.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful property!
August 26, 2025My daughter lives here and I visit often! Fell in love with her apt immediately! The process was stress free and the office personnel was very professional. To top it off with icing on the cake, she recently was allowed to have a small gathering of 15ppl or less in the community clubhouse for her 25th bday! Beautiful decor! I didn't have to decorate at all! It went perfectly with what I had in mind. The office manager was so polite and nice to us! She showed us all the amenities that came with ...it, as well as the gas grill I could use after to cook food on by the pool! I would rate this property 10 stars if I could! If you are thinking of a place to live, Madison Farms is Home! Close to Concord Mills and a neighborhood Walmart close by!Property Manager Responded

very helpful
January 13, 2024my visit at madison farms was great! christal went above and beyond to make sure i understood the income requirements needed to apply. unlike some places i visited and even one i applied to, i didn't know that income needed to be at a certain amount xrent. she saved me time and money bc now i know what to expect. i might not be able to live at madison right now bc of income but bc christal took the time to better inform me i am better prepared bc of her.Property Manager Responded

Could not be happier
December 16, 2023I can absolutely say in all the my 4 yrs living in apartments has been challenging however the team at madison farms has made this lease very worthwhile. Crystal and Zack are responsive and even the maintenance team is swift anytime I put a work order in. Sometimes I wonder if I even have any neighbors because my building is so peaceful. Unfortunate
September 14, 2023I called four times to schedule a tour, but no one answered the phone. I went on the website and scheduled a tour online. I received a confirmation email and I was on time for the apartment. At the scheduled date/time, I was on time, but the office was locked. Approximately ten minutes later, an agent came out and asked if I had an appointment. I replied yes. She proceeded to tell me that the person who was handling my tour was running 15 minutes late and asked if I wanted to wait. She didn’t ...apologize or offer to have the agent call me back to reschedule. First impressions are everything, and it’s unfortunate that my time wasn’t better respected. No surprise, I’ll be looking elsewhere for an apartment.Property Manager Responded
