I am a current resident. The neighborhood is very diverse and accepting which I love. The people in the office are very kind and the staff does an excellent job at keep the property clean. Ive been here for about 2 years now and I give this townhouse 3 stars because of my own personal unit. It just has been falling apart literally. Water from the bathroom that hits the floor is seeping through the walls from upstairs and causing mold. The water on the floor has also caused the wood to rot on the ...

These apartments haven't been updated since they were built! The best thing about them is the location, other than that they're disgusting. The unit smelled like someone died in there and rotted for a few months before the body had been discovered. The plug ins they had in the walls did nothing. The appliances are outdated, the cabinets are outdated, the bathrooms are outdated, the complex is dirty...just awful
