June 10, 2025Siento mucho tener que hacer este comentario los apartamentos están bien lindos pero el apartamentos que me entregaron el hace un poco más de una semana con varios detalles que ya he reportado varias veces y nada que vienen a arreglarlo de verdad que decepción un apartamento que debería de estar impecable la bañera toda manchada con óxido la pintura levantada, el toma corriente del baño no funciona, el extractor no le pusieron bombilla, la puerta de el cuarto de desahogo amarrada con una cuerda, ...tanto el fregadero como el lavamanos loqueando por debajo,,gotera del techo porque el aire acondicionado esta loqueando y de seguro se me olvido algo la situación no es solo que este haci si no que lo reportas varias veces y no lo vienen a arreglar ( decepción)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Self Managed Apartment
May 11, 2023If you are looking for a self managed and self maintained apartment complex where they only hire ppl for the office to pass out keys, instead of handling resident issues. Where their priorities is not the residence but solely the new look of the office. I been here a minute and non of my service request have been completed, from the A/c to the paint in the carpet I reported before I moved in and was told there were going to get a carpet cleaner. Now termites are coming through my floor and ...walls. Moving here is definitely like talking to yourself because the only time property management contact you or give you any type of notice is when they want to evict you or lock you out. They make sure to ask for their rent on time but when you need any type of assistance they are obsolete and no where to be found!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 28, 2023Been here for 7 months and I STILL don’t have keys to a mail box. My AC has been broken for the las 4 months and they have yet to fix it! Every single time I stop at the office (because they choose not to answer the phones) they give me the run around and just tell me to be patient. They’ve change management 3 times in the months I’ve been here and each is worse than the last. They recently decided to start me charging me 200+ for rent without even giving me a notice! BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS HORRIBLE
February 25, 2021When I moved in I looked passed the reviews because I thought those things wouldn’t happen to me. But I was very wrong worst mistake of my life was signing this contract. My door had NO LOCK for OVER a month. I constantly called/showed up to remind them nothing was done. FINALLY 6 weeks later I get home to notice I had a new lock. They came in when I was not home or aware someone would be coming into the apartment. 2/15 the pipes in my apartment bursted breaking in parts of the celling, and ...flooding my apartment including my 2 bedrooms with carpet. The apartment smells horrible as soon as you even open the door. I contacted the staff immediately and asked to be put in a new apartment with my baby until the carpet was changed and the ceiling was fixed. They told me nothing was available and did nothing to accommodate me and my daughter. I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to see me unless I made an appointment which was on 2/25 over a week later. And yet NOTHING has been done. I cannot have my child living in these conditions but the manager refused to break my lease and insists I pay my rent for the next 60 days plus $908 to leave, for an apartment I can’t even live in... if you are reading this do yourself a favor and don’t move in here. February 22, 2020Please move in to these great wonderful apartments. Things never get fix, so don't bother sending and calling about request being done. The people in front don't care about our problems, they just want to money! Don't worry about locking your cars people will find a way to break in! Oh! Don't forget to look each way twenty times before you run over a kid and end up on nine clock news! Also don't bother opening a window here, kids will come and break it for you.
