Parking garbage issues

The apartment complex offers spacious floor plans and well-designed living spaces, which have been some of the highlights of our experience here. The apartments themselves are comfortable, and the property is generally well maintained.
Unfortunately, there are several ongoing issues that have added unnecessary stress to daily living. The biggest concern is parking. There is no assigned parking, and despite paying a significant amount in rent, residents often return home to find no available ...
spaces near their building. It is not uncommon to have to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk a considerable distance home, which can be especially frustrating after a long day or during bad weather.
Another issue is the trash and recycling situation. There is only one centralized trash disposal area serving the entire complex. On weekends, when trash collection does not occur, the dumpsters frequently overflow, with garbage and recycling accumulating outside the containers. This creates unpleasant odors, appears unhygienic, and raises concerns about attracting rodents and pests.
Additionally, there appears to be inconsistent enforcement of parking rules. We have observed individuals parking in handicap-designated spaces without displaying the required handicap placards or license plates, seemingly without consequence. This is concerning and unfair to residents who genuinely need those spaces.
While the apartments themselves are nice and spacious, improvements in parking management, waste collection, and rule enforcement would significantly improve the overall resident experience.

I get numerous compliments of my 2-bedroom apartment by everyone who visits and I would absolutely recommend this community to family and friends. We have lived in our 2 bedroom for a number of years and have been very happy. It is spacious and is a terrific location. We travel to Cape Cod and to Boston frequently and you couldn’t ask for a better location.
The Madison Place team is terrific to work with and they make everything easy. Everything is attended to immediately. It is a safe and private community. We very much enjoy living here.

The apartments are very well appointed with quality,tasteful upgrades...far and away better than anything we saw in this price range.
The management team runs the place like a Swiss watch, consistently providing the residents with timely communications, arranging meaningful community events, and coordinating snow-day efforts to clear driveway and parking access ...

Maintenance is a notable sweet spot. The maintenance and repair work orders are responded to quickly, and the visits from the excellent superintendent and team are planned around the residents' timetable. The grounds surrounding the attractively designed buildings are beautifully landscaped, and well maintained during all seasons.
Its all there...adding up to a warm, safe, and friendly apartment home environment.

Apartments that feel like home

Madison Place has the unique appeal of luxury apartment living while maintaining a homey feel. Each unit has high end finishes and my 1 bedroom apartment is almost 1100 sq ft!
The bathroom is luxurious with a huge stand up shower and plenty of counter space which is extremely helpful getting ready in the morning. The bedroom has ample room for furniture (I have a queen bed, two nightstands, and large dresser with plenty of room left over) plus a huge walk-in closet! The kitchen is well laid out ...
with lots of counter space and it flows wonderfully into the living room creating a huge open plan. The office on the side is just a great bonus that can be used for a multitude of things such as an office like I'm using it for. Plus everything is very energy efficient so the utility bills are considerably lower than other places and in-unit laundry makes life wonderfully easy.
My unit is on the first floor with a patio large enough for a table and chairs. The route 9 traffic can be noisy while outside at rush hour, but once you're inside with the door closed you can't hear a thing. Speaking of noise, the walls and floors are thick and I've had ZERO noise issues with my neighbors. Since there are only 4 units per floor anyways the buildings feel like small quiet condo units instead of that hotel apartment feeling with long hallways and endless units. Another great plus is the included indoor storage closet with every unit!
While the units speak for themselves if you look at the pictures or take a tour, the staff and community is what really makes me feel like I'm living in luxury. Each staff member is wonderful with communication and goes out of their way to make your life as convenient as possible (want your package dropped off inside your unit? E-mail them and it'll be waiting for you when you get home!).
Another thing that most people don't consider living in New England is the snow removal process. Last winter was awful with the amount of snow in such a short time, but Madison Place, due to design layout as well as equipment, was amazing! Within 24 hours of the snow stopping each storm all main roads and parking were cleared to the pavement and the snow removal plan is continually communicated. I have never been so impressed with how quickly residents were able to get back on the roads and parking cleared.
I can't express how amazing Madison Place is and I cannot see myself leaving here until I am ready to buy a house of my own.
