August 13, 2025Living environment is better than most in Daytona. Very safe and relaxing student living. Management however is unfortunately not very quick to respond to messages or take calls.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2025Everything happened so fast. I am very grateful. The apartment could have been cleaner, dust in vents, debree on floor and corners from mop or sweeping, painted over dirt etc. But even so, I love it.Property Manager Responded
