Amazing community The village made a very positive impression. It is a quiet and cozy place where you can truly relax away from the city noise. The air is clean, there is plenty of greenery, and the streets are well maintained. The neighbors are friendly, which creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. There are shops and convenient transport access nearby, so everything you need is close at hand. It’s a great place both for permanent living and for spending time with family.

Great experience with Madison Sammamish We have lived for a nearly 9 months with Madison Sammamish. Everything is good so far, they also keep improving the quality of buildings, facilities and landscape as well. More importantly, their staffs (e.g., Eva and maintaining staffs) are very kind, informative and helpful. They often resolve any maintaining requests within less than 1-2 days.
