    Amazing community The village made a very positive impression. It is a quiet and cozy place where you can truly relax away from the city noise.     Great experience with Madison Sammamish We have lived for a nearly 9 months with Madison Sammamish. Everything is good so far, they also keep improving the quality of buildings, facilities and landscape as well. More importantly, their staffs (e.g., Eva and maintaining staffs) are very kind, informative and helpful. They often resolve any maintaining requests within less than 1-2 days.

    Window and Closet issue Carlos was a great help. Our issues were resolved almost immediately. The window issue had to have the contractor to come out to resolve the rain water leaking into the apartment. He was able to fix the closet in a matter of minutes.
