Apartment is really nice place the only think I would suggest is for them to clean up all the Cobb webs around that would make the complex look so much better and not feel nasty walking up and down the stairs.

Absolutely loving it here! I feel like I’m in the woods! Such a quiet and nice community. The amenities are awesome! The pools and gym are to die for. Not to mention the employees are so kind and helpful.

So far so good. A few adjustments could be made, but I enjoy living here and the office staff is AMAZING. The grounds could be maintained a little better and cobwebs could be cleaned up. I would love to be able to play tennis but the court is in bad shape.

I must say I am not happy with the apartment complex. When I moved in, I was so excited about having a swimming pool outdoor cooking. But unfortunately, it is now the middle of June. And grills are not capable of use. No propane or the proper racks to even utilize the grill. Both swimming pools are still not open one of my major reasons for moving in here. With that being said, I will not be renewing my lease when it comes time too many different things that go on, I’m paying for things that I ...

Give yourself a month out if you can before considering this to be your next move. It is a great option for people to have but the process was stressful. It took so long for them to complete each step and communication was terrible. Just give yourself time if you have it.
