Spacious well landscaped and maintained compound with lots of free parking and five (5) electric car charging stations; 4. Swimming pool and Club house to hang out, play pool, work, relax and free gourmet coffee; 5. Gated community accessible via app-based front ...and back gate; 6. App-based door step valet garbage pickup service five time a week and; 7. State of the art gym and mail room with app-based delivery reminder; 8. Responsive and customer oriented facility management services for any electrical, fixtures, plumbing or other issues via the App or phone; 9.
