Great Price

I have a one BR that includes washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Water is included in rent and location is walking distance from AAA center and Bayside. Pest control once a month and office is very friendly. Off street parking and entire complex is secured with additional security that patrol overnight. Only thing I wish the unit came with is a balcony, but for what I pay I definitely have no complaints.
