Madison West Apartments is a clean and quiet place to live. Located near the downtown area we are close to public transportation including the train station which is a 10 minute walk! Go a little further and you will find yourself at the beach or harbor for a relaxing time on the pier. We are 10 minutes from major highways and large shopping centers. We have on site management as well as on site maintenance. Our surrounding neighbors include a ravine with park, the police department, a senior building and law offices. We have been a family run business for over 40 years and take pride in keeping our properties well kept with welcoming costumer service. Our main goal is finding a good neighbor for the existing tenants creating a wonderful community over all. Come check us out!

Practical and Very Unique
May 16, 2024My 3-year stay with Madison West was great overall. Being family-owned, it was a refreshing change of pace from dealing large property management companies. Management cares about the residents and their well-being, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and effectively. There aren’t really any of the largely unnecessary amenities there, so you only pay for what you need. Had a good experience in Madison West.
July 2, 2017Lived in Madison West 2015-2017. Safe downtown area, one block from police station, can walk to train station, harbor, library, churches. Ray Bradbury Park is right behind the building (tiny park with a ravine, creek and woods). Parking was included and it was only a little extra to get a covered space and avoid shoveling. Only paid rent, internet and electric. Electric bill was small unless we ran the AC all day. After one year the rent went up... by $10, and they told us in advance. Very honest ...people and it is nice to have the building manager living in the building.Property Manager Responded
