January 29, 2021If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have to be out of my house by Feb 19th. I got approved for everything and I went to go pick up my key today. I was still waiting approval from the "supervisor" on my dog a lab/boxer mix. The supervisor said no on the approval of my dog b/c hes not a lab/boxer mix. I guess the supervisor has her DVM degree. I know what my dog is bc his vet told me what he is. & I said I was willing to give my dog away and sign a paper saying I wont bring my dog. But ...the supervisor still said no on giving me a key anyway. This supervisor must have trust issues. High water bill

I would not recommend to my worst enemy
October 22, 2020LI have lived here 7 years and this will be my last month. This last management team really brought the whole neighborhood down. The apartments are pest infected. Stray feral cats by all the dumpsters. The dumpsters are always full and smelly. They will have your car towed unreasonably and won’t do anything about it. I literally have a stack of papers where they are notifying me that we will not have working water the next day. I have had my car broken into even though the camera of the complex ...is looking right at the parking spot they will not do anything to help. There is always drug dealing and fights in the parking lots at night. Their gate is always broken. I have never lived in such an unpleasant place. Decent place to live
August 14, 2015I have been staying here for about a year now. It is a quiet complex with a great maintenance staff. They fix everything the same day and are polite. The pool isn't the best and they give the water bill out separate from the rent so you have to pay it at different times. There isn't a whole lot of visitor parking but permit parking is never an issue. No roaches. Office staff are nice.Review from Apartments.com
