      The price and headache for this paper house are absolutely not worth it. Take the hint — do NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES. There’s a reason they’ve had YEARS OF TERRIBLE REVIEWS. Read them and you’ll see the same pattern repeated again and again. Their responses are the same generic lines — they BLAME CUSTOMERS AND TAKE NO REAL RESPONSIBILITY. It is clear their apologies and words are empty, as everyone is still dealing with the same issues. The staff and maintenance crew are ...
      unprofessional, and communication is practically nonexistent. You’ll deal with delays, excuses, and their useless AI call system that wastes your time instead of helping. It feels like their entire goal is to avoid dealing with residents — the less human interaction, the better. Work orders are constantly pushed off. When we first moved in, maintenance would come by almost daily; now they only show up on Mondays and Thursdays — a clear sign of how far their service has declined. You wait weeks for basic fixes, sometimes they show up unannounced, and other times not at all. Since moving in, we’ve dealt with mold, a leaky roof and first-floor ceiling, a broken garage door, a garbage disposal that failed, a washer and dryer that had to be replaced, and a broken A/C unit that the maintenance man literally told us not to run — except in summer. They come across as untrustworthy, deflecting, and make you feel like you’re a waste of time. Honestly, they make it hard to even want to put in a work order just to deal with these people. Save yourself time and stress — look elsewhere.

      I really want to like this place. And honestly it's a fine place as far as where you actually live goes, but the management makes it unbearable. I'm talking lost checks, ignored calls, texts, and emails, their voicemail is always full, and they don't have an official leasing office. I have hounded them about a check they lost for three months now and it's still not resolved even though I have record they received it, but they got rid of the person who sent that confirmation so now it's my ...
      problem. There's always someone new working there and it shows because they don't have anything together. Have a problem with your apartment? You're probably better off just living with it because it'll take them a month to get it fixed. You want to sign a lease and pay them? You'll have to wait a few months and constantly bug them. Great location and fine enough homes but cheaply made and with management who's impossible to get a hold of you're better off somewhere else.

      Construction is poor and multiple units have had problems with leaking roofs. Break-ins have occurred with little to no acknowledgement from management (to even denying it happened even though multiple police officers are onsite and the tenants state they were broken into). Overflow parking is TERRIBLE yet management doesn't require people to park their vehicles in their garages. Inconsistent rules and non-enforcement of current rules. No clear-cut property manager since the management ...

      Management company is an absolute disaster and horrible to work with. I caught them on multiple accounts trying to overcharge me for renter's insurance (to which I had my own), real estate tax, and trash fees (when they had a dumpster to clean out another unit then charged all the residents for it). Buildings are poorly built and even poorly maintained. It was just my wife and I and we were the first to live in the unit for about 8 months. During the walk through they noted it was in perfect ...

      My husband and I currently live here and we cannot wait to get out. We have had to go through several changes in management. Parking is a disaster. Our home has continually tried to fall apart, we have been fined and received unreasonable notice, and the price is not at all fair for what you're getting. Do not live here!
