I've been living here at Magnolia Creek for a year. I just re-signed my lease because I love it here. It's quiet. No one just hanging out at all. I actually feel safe here. Management is awesome and so are the guys in the maintenance department.

Anytime we have any issues, it is Always resolved immediately. But then they cal a few days later to follow up and make sure everything is ok. I feel like it’s family checking up on us. Makes us feel special :)

It's just ok.
The maintenance team is very good tho and quickly tend to issues.
Rent goes up every year with no new amenities or perks to show for it or justify it. No incentives or lowered rent for paying MONTHS early.
I HAVE to pay for trash pickup/ valet service even tho I don't want nor need them. I am 24 steps from the dumpster and take my trash there myself, but HAVE to pay for this useless service to me. Makes no sense whatsoever.
I have no choice in cable provider and HAVE to ...
use Xfinity, which doesn't allow for shopping for lower prices.

I haven't lived in an apartment complex in over 6 years. Was kind of worried about it. But, Magnolia Creek has been EXCELLENT! From day 1, I was made to feel comfortable and at home. Management goes above and beyond to help, and all staff is super friendly. Love it here!
