January 10, 2022It's just ok. The maintenance team is very good tho and quickly tend to issues. Rent goes up every year with no new amenities or perks to show for it or justify it. No incentives or lowered rent for paying MONTHS early. I HAVE to pay for trash pickup/ valet service even tho I don't want nor need them. I am 24 steps from the dumpster and take my trash there myself, but HAVE to pay for this useless service to me. Makes no sense whatsoever. I have no choice in cable provider and HAVE to ...use Xfinity, which doesn't allow for shopping for lower prices.Property Manager Responded
