Rent goes up every year with no new amenities or perks to show for it or justify it. No incentives or lowered rent for paying MONTHS early. I HAVE to pay for trash pickup/ valet service even tho I don't want nor need them. I am 24 steps from the dumpster and take my trash there myself, but HAVE to pay for this useless service to me. Makes no sense whatsoever. I have no choice in cable provider and HAVE to ...use Xfinity, which doesn't allow for shopping for lower prices.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
