December 5, 2019Management changes as often as my underwear! Got bedbugs from laundry room. Been reporting it when I can catch someone in the office since May 2019. Noisy Floors
September 25, 2016The apartments are basic and the buildings are getting old. The floors are very noisy and can be extremely annoying to the neighbors on the lower floors. They do allow pets and the maintenance people do a good job correcting any problems. The management personnel are friendly and the prices are a little lower than other apartments in the area. If your looking for something simple and fairly affordable, than Magnolia Pointe can be the place.Review from Apartments.com
It's ok
July 24, 2015Too small not good of management. During winter gets extremely cold in apartment. Rent gets raised to much. Love the air condition during summer and the pool. Very thin walls though. Can hear everything down stairs next door and upstairsReview from Apartments.com
