It has been over a month since I applied and never heard a word from them. a complete waste of time and money. you can never get a hold of anyone in the office. shady practices. collecting the application fee and then never actually following thru. that would be theft. stay clear of this place.

From signing my lease to my 5th month here, I've enjoyed it all. There were two cabinet shelves that didn't have supports, so I couldn't use them, but the maintenance crew fixed it! Me and pup love it!

Management changes as often as my underwear! Got bedbugs from laundry room. Been reporting it when I can catch someone in the office since May 2019. They have never sent anyone to take care of the problem. Call corporate and they're a joke and never return phone calls either!

The apartments are basic and the buildings are getting old. The floors are very noisy and can be extremely annoying to the neighbors on the lower floors. They do allow pets and the maintenance people do a good job correcting any problems. The management personnel are friendly and the prices are a little lower than other apartments in the area. If your looking for something simple and fairly affordable, than Magnolia Pointe can be the place.

Too small not good of management. During winter gets extremely cold in apartment. Rent gets raised to much. Love the air condition during summer and the pool. Very thin walls though. Can hear everything down stairs next door and upstairs
