They have never sent anyone to take care of the problem. Call corporate and they're a joke and never return phone calls either!

The floors are very noisy and can be extremely annoying to the neighbors on the lower floors. They do allow pets and the maintenance people do a good job correcting any problems. The management personnel are friendly and the prices are a little lower than other apartments in the area. If your looking for something simple and fairly affordable, than Magnolia Pointe can be the place.
