honestly nothing but disappointment
March 2, 2024Flooding problems, mold grows in windows and bathroom since there is no air ventilation, they tow anyone and everyone’s car, most of the washers and dryers are not functioning, the gym amenity is a joke it will never open, power and water constantly goes off, constant plumbing issues, things are always backing up and they’ve resorted to digging up big holes around the complex making it difficult to get around and ugly and it’s been like that for months, the air conditioning either doesn’t work or ...just won’t stop running until it’s too hot or too cold it’s so strange!? Every month they’re sticking a new note on your door they want more money and it seems like nothing is improving. There are rats running through the breezeways and the hallways smell like mildew and dog, the ceilings are too thin you can hear everything everywhere. So exhausting being here, I can’t wait until my lease is up…Property Manager Responded

Horrible
March 20, 2019This apartment is horrible. They control your a/c and heating. Which means in this non winter city We have no a/c Just heat. So when it’s hot your just hot. And when it’s cold but not winter to the system no heat. Bugs. Kitchen cabinets old and draws break every time you close them. The people in the office is horrible and never know anything. Laundry room is horrible. Maintenance is horrible. Mold in bathroom and people in office say it’s jyst mold Maintenance never fix stuff they ...just patch it up. Stay far far away !!!
December 19, 2017You can find anywhere else better to live and pay good money than at Magnolia Ridge Apartments. It is a Roach festival and the property manager/workers does not care for their residents. The groundskeeping it beyond horrible. They don't tend to your needs as a resident. It's a filth! A Refreshing Change
November 11, 2017The property went through several changes and it looks beautiful. There is a brand new gym and gorgeous laundry centers that take debit or credit cards. This is the only property I have seen that offers the wood look flooring in the entire apartment not just the kitchen or bathroom. It is the little details that count too like the crown molding throughout the apartments and the wrought iron everywhere on the property. It really feels like a true New Orleans community.Review from Apartments.com
