Please do not rent these apartments! We just had hundreds and hundreds of yellow jackets take over our apartment because they built a nest in the walls. The tiles break, the closet doors get jammed, we even found a dead cockroach. The water system will become weird so you'll get either get hot or cold water just at one time and you have to deal with it. Absolutely disgusting and no one wants to help or fix the problem. Can't wait till the whole company gets sued.
