This the worst place to live,it takes 7-14 days for maintenance to come to your apartment to even fix the simplest thing. They do not care for tenants . DO NOT STAY HERE. that office is rude and doesn’t care for you

Buenas tardes no quería llegar a hacer esta reseña pero ya es insoportable la manera en la que estamos viviendo. Hace un año vivimos en los apartamentos de Magnolia Wood hasta ahora estábamos bastante contentos aunque el único problema era que el aire acondicionado jamás ha funcionado bien. En invierno la pasamos bien puesto que no lo necesitábamos pero ahora han comenzado todos los problemas, nos hemos quejado más de 7 veces porque el aire no enfría la casa se mantiene a más de 92 grados ...

farenheit y es bastante doloroso ver como mi hija de 3 años sufre por esta situación. En este apartamento no se puede estar y más que el sol da de frente todo el tiempo no hay quien duerma ahí. Mi esposo y yo hemos ido a quejarnos ya no sabemos de qué manera decirles y nada, han venido pero no han resuelto nada la última queja fue el pasado lunes y ya han pasado 7 días y todavía estamos en la misma situación. Pésimo servicio a nadie le importa nada y los que sufrimos somos los que vivimos aquí.

I'm ashamed to say I've lived here as long as I have it's been 7 plus years now. This has been an awful experience and I'm happy to say that I'm moving out if you decide to move here please expect a catastrophe every 3 months or so if you're lucky if you're unlucky it'll be every other week that will include infestation, shootings,flooding ,broken down appliances,air or heat not working, they will shut off the water without notice, no response from management if you have a complaint, constantly ...

switching up policies that you have not signed up for, always smelling like urine and three week old trash in the hallway, trash littered everywhere, glass the majority of the time in the parking lot sidewalks constantly flooded to where you can't even walk your dog, feral cats everywhere and possums and raccoons because of the overfilled trash bins, empty promises of fixing stuff until you act crazy or just get tired of calling, washing and drying machines that do not work and they refuse to fix it and or put a note on them so they can continue to steal your money, cars getting broken into, random knocks on your door in the middle of the night, lots of drugs and crackheads around here so I carry a knife after dark, your personal property will get damaged whether it be by theft fire flood or infestation and yes I have personally talk with pest control and they conceal the fact that a unit has had bedbugs which is the scariest of them all idk what more I can say other than do your do diligence before signing up and getting stuck to this place because once they have your money it's gone.

There’s a lot to hate about this place. No one in the office communicates and there’s a different person in there every week. Maintenance never actually fixes anything. Neighbors are loud and cops are here almost every day and there have been AT LEAST 3-4 people murdered here in the year we have been here. The parking lots and court yards are disgusting. There are roaches despite me OCD cleaning my apartment daily and they never spray for bugs. But they will for sure hound you for your money! ...

That’s all these people care about is money so beware. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. Especially if you have children.

Gave a 30 day notice and when I returned to vacuum and clean there was no electricity in the place...I was told I would need to call and get electric turned back on as they were not going to pay for my electricity to clean. Was then informed I would be charged $100 for them to vacuum. New owners gave me cleaning list wanting the place pristine...it was ne e pristine when I moved in. I'm sure they keep my ...

This place is the dirtiest, trashiest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. There was always garbage and broken glass in the parking lot, and there were burn marks on my stair case as if someone was trying to set it on fire and the management did nothing at all. They post signs and messages on your door saying they’re going to come in a spray for bugs, but in the year I’ve lived here my apartment was probably only sprayed 2-3 times. Management is impossible to get ahold of, and maintenance is ...
