A trash compactor is below my bedroom
March 12, 2025I was really excited to move into the unit. The apartment and amenities looked nice. The day before my move I was told the office was closed and wouldn’t open until 12:30pm. I had Internet & movers at that time. I had to get the unit a day early at 5pm and pay extra for the day, even though this was the office mistake for not telling me the office would be closed until 12:30pm. By the time I moved in it was too late to realize they have a trash compactor in the garage above my bedroom. It’s ...really loud and vibrates. I created a ticket for a response from the office not disclosing to me in advance for putting a trash compactor below me. They closed the ticket and never responded. The units might look nice, but the office staff has put me in a horrible situation. I might have to move again because the noise from the trash compactor is so loud.Property Manager Responded

Roach Infested and Poor Managment
September 21, 2022This is the first apartment I have ever been in that I have had a major problem with pests and roaches. The building was not built to keep out bugs. The weather stripping on the doors is terrible and I get all kinds of insects. I'm on the third floor and I've had multiple adult crickets in my apartment as well as a major problem with roaches. I've requested pest control yet nobody has ever come into the apartment even though the online system tells me it was completed. They are more concerned ...about keeping the apartment complex looking nice than actually making it a livable place. At one point management sent out an email asking residents to stop requesting pest control because the exterminators weren't able to come for a few weeks. THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT even though they market themselves as such. They started a new thing where they are asking dog owners to provide a dna sample so they can identify the poop in case you don't pick it up... Rules are not enforced
April 15, 2022Half the time the parking garage gates don't work. The Zen garden is used by residents as their own dog park, pet waste is everywhere. Although tenants are given trash cans many tenants simply put the trash bags in the hallways, they smell and leak, management doesn't care. The maintenance staff is the best and the office is very responsive to maintenance needs, just enforce the rules. It seems the company is more concerned with getting rents raised than a good tenant experience.Property Manager Responded
