May 8, 2024Do not move here! Do not ever consider it! I warned you! I have not had A/C in 6 weeks and live on the 3rd floor. It's ALABAMA! They do not care. Bugs! Silverfish and Carpenter Ants. I have complained so many times, they have done nothing about it. The water bill is more than your electric bill. There is a bar next door that parties hard. The walls are thin and yiu can feel people moving around. You have been warned.Property Manager Responded

Best place to rent from in Huntsville!!!!
March 1, 2019I’ve lived here for over 2 years and I could not be happier! If you place a maintenance request, (not exaggerating) maintenance will arrive in 20 mins or less ?. The current management is the best #1 that I have encountered. Usually we move frequently bcuz of course, neighbors change and might me undesirable... however, this has yet to happen, and the single time we had an issue (with “smells” from the neighbors) it was promptly addressed. I believe that if there is ever an issue at my home, it ...will be addressed And resolved promptly and professionally! I’m recommending Main Street 10 out of 10!Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2016This apartment has been taken over by teenagers who have no respect for anyone else. They're always noisy and my family and I can hear the lyrics to their music that they are playing in our apartment. I wouldn't recommended this apartment to anyone! I pay way too much for no apparent reason. This is ridiculous and so glad that my husband has a military order and we leave in November!!!Review from Apartments.com

Exceeded Expectations
September 12, 2015I moved into Main Street Apts. in February 2011 and moved out May 2015, but only because I purchased a home. My experience living in this community was more than I could put into words. The office staff is excellent! Kathy, Noel (was there when I moved in), Patrick, and Cara are wonderful people!! They are in tune with the residents needs. Maintenance is always on the job. Every call I put in was answered quickly; always less than 12 hours. The Christmas parties were always a pleasure. Everything ...Mrs. Kathy prepares is DE-LI-CIOUS, but the lemon poppyseed twinks were my personal favorite! LOL! The community is in an excellent location; close to Kroger, Walmart, Target and many, many restaurants. Enjoyable

July 28, 2015As a young woman in college, it was really important for me to find a great place to live. And Main Street Apts is that place. The application process was so simple and straight forward. They have a company that will help you sign a lease and make sure you get approved. The people in the office will help you every step of the way. You will never feel alone in the process. Free cable and water is a nice addition. Plus, the apartments are huge! Higher ceilings, and nice layout. Parking is always ...available, and it is a safe and quiet neighborhood to live in.
