  • Gem in Brickell

    My name is Deming, and I work for the City of Miami. I have been living in Maizon Brickell since January 2022. I really like it here. Maizon is in the quiet side of Brickell, yet convenient to all Brickell has to offer. The Publix supermarket & Walgreen are right across the street from the building. Bank of America has a small branch office in the same building, and Chase Bank is across the parking lot.

  • Stay Away

    I wouldn’t live here if ya paid me! The neighborhood is terrible. CRAZY-LOUD CONSTRUCTION all day and all night! Panhandlers everywhere. No thanks!
