Gem in Brickell
April 10, 2022My name is Deming, and I work for the City of Miami. I have been living in Maizon Brickell since January 2022. I really like it here. Maizon is in the quiet side of Brickell, yet convenient to all Brickell has to offer. The Publix supermarket & Walgreen are right across the street from the building. Bank of America has a small branch office in the same building, and Chase Bank is across the parking lot.Property Manager Responded

September 17, 2019I wouldn’t live here if ya paid me! The neighborhood is terrible. CRAZY-LOUD CONSTRUCTION all day and all night! Panhandlers everywhere. No thanks!Property Manager Responded
