October 21, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI applied here did all my paperwork and paid the deposit but their was a paperwork mix up at their main office and in the two days it took them to fix it they gave my apartment away and it's been 10months and I still haven't gotten the refund on my deposit

August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI wasn't to sure about moving in here upon talking with the office prior to moving in. The rent seemed high for a small space and I wasnt thrilled at all they had to offer. Upon moving in I am happy with them, the 2 bedroom is a great size for a family of 4. They offer cable and washer/dryer combination packages at discounted rates and the rent is worth the gates closing at night, and eco friendly environment. The only thing I find ridiculous is the absolutely ridiculous pet deposit of 400 and ...50 dollars a month fee for a cat. Otherwise it's a very nice community, everyone is friendly and so is the staff in the office.Read More
