October 21, 2017I applied here did all my paperwork and paid the deposit but their was a paperwork mix up at their main office and in the two days it took them to fix it they gave my apartment away and it's been 10months and I still haven't gotten the refund on my depositReview from Apartments.com
Not to shabby!
August 14, 2015I wasn't to sure about moving in here upon talking with the office prior to moving in. The rent seemed high for a small space and I wasnt thrilled at all they had to offer. Upon moving in I am happy with them, the 2 bedroom is a great size for a family of 4. They offer cable and washer/dryer combination packages at discounted rates and the rent is worth the gates closing at night, and eco friendly environment. The only thing I find ridiculous is the absolutely ridiculous pet deposit of 400 and ...50 dollars a month fee for a cat. Otherwise it's a very nice community, everyone is friendly and so is the staff in the office.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
