This place was alright until the new management company took over, Greystar, which by the way I had to go to the office just to find out. The closet my AC handler in has black mold all over the ceiling. Our AC handler drain backs up and FLOODS the closet once every 3 months, their solution is a shop vac. The maintenance man claims my mold is "discoloration of the drywall" and the leasing manager Rosa, agreed with him without ever looking at 10 pictures I delivered to the front office. She
...offered to perform a moisture test, not a mold test but a moisture test, because "a mold test is really expensive" conducted by the same maintenance man who has replaced our porch bulb 3 times (still doesn't work, bulb isn't blown its electrical issue and they don't seem to understand that) It wasn't until I contacted regional with the same pictures, and told them that I was being represented by an industrial hygienist that suddenly they decided to hire a contractor to have an air quality test done (hasn't been done yet though, still living with mold blowing through my apartment) furthermore, this last month they decided they weren't going to send out bills for month, I had to go down to the office and ask because I haven't received a bill yet. They then told me my bill VERBALLY and refused to give me an invoice for the month, then told me invoices would go out "eventually" but if I waited till they go out I would be charged a late fee.
RUN FOR THE HILLS, PLACE IS INFESTED WITH MOLD AND MANAGED BY SOMEONE WHO THINKS YOU ARE AN IDIOT!
