For the rental rates, the amenities are a great value and cover anything you’d expect (with a fitness center that is much larger than those at comparable developments). Melissa and Alison, with the on-site property team, are both very friendly and helpful. They host community events regularly and seek out ways to improve tenant experience. I have so many disappointing stories explaining the disapproval of this place but I will keep my post brief. 1. Management is definitely not the best and it is hard getting in contact with them. Plus Management continuously changes. Yet it still seems like they can’t get it right. 2. They are definitely overpriced. And please don’t do a month to month lease— they will literally eat you alive in the monthly amount ...because they did it to me! I thought the contracted amount was a little expensive— but they made sure I knew what expensive really was. My month to month rent increased more than double the amount. 3. Even after moving out, they fabricate everything they can think of to ensure that they won’t have to pay the customer back the full prorated amount.
