My two daughters are happy. Above all, the feeling of moist soil rather than dry to the California sun gives a softer heart. The fitness and yoga rooms are also very well used. Air cleanliness and cleanliness are very important. Kids end a tiring day with a night swim. Rest and recharge are very important in a busy life. Also, as a mother of two ...daughters, the close proximity to the police station and library is a great place to be.Read More

It is well kept and the maintenance staff is fast and efficient. I love the big awesome gym and the beautiful swimming pool. Everything is with in walking distance. I like walking to my favorite shops and restaurants. I wouldn't want to live any where else. I am a very happy resident of Malden Station.

I love my apartment and that I am walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. What is extremely concerning however is security on the property. Lucas I dont know too well but he seems chill. Miguel and the maintenance team are fantastic. Love the human connections with the staff instead of just people who tell us what we can and cant do.
