Our family is resting here. Since it is a pool view, the sound of water and the fresh air in the morning give you a sense of stability and relaxation. My two daughters are happy. Above all, the feeling of moist soil rather than dry to the California sun gives a softer heart. The fitness and yoga rooms are also very well used. Air cleanliness and cleanliness are very important. Kids end a tiring day with a night swim. Rest and recharge are very important in a busy life. Also, as a mother of two ...

Malden Station is a great place to live. The management is so nice and courteous. Malden Station is in the heart of Downtown Fullerton. It is well kept and the maintenance staff is fast and efficient. I love the big awesome gym and the beautiful swimming pool. Everything is with in walking distance. I like walking to my favorite shops and restaurants. I wouldn't want to live any where else. I am a very happy resident of Malden Station.

Community management and staff are AWESOME - very helpful and responsive. I love my apartment and that I am walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. What is extremely concerning however is security on the property. There should be a dedicated security guard on the premises, PERIOD.

Management is cool. Tim is a solid guy. He wont dance around you and will tell you how it is and thats one of the reasons I have respect for him. Lucas I dont know too well but he seems chill. Miguel and the maintenance team are fantastic. Love the human connections with the staff instead of just people who tell us what we can and cant do.
