Does not disappoint!
June 7, 2024For the last 6 & 1/2 yrs I have enjoyed living here at Mallard Creek. The maintenance staff has been the same two people- Herman and Jay. They both seem knowledgeable and address issues promptly. The manager Deena is very professional and is a good listener, which I truly appreciate!! I love the pool and new grills for enjoying a cookout! Neighbors are friendly and also seem to like it here. New owners of property have been updating roofs, paint, and making big updates to many apartments. Love ...it! I lived for 5 years in one apartment, and when it came time for more space I stayed at Mallard creek. They did everything to make the transition easy!! Thank you, staff!Property Manager Responded

Horrible do not move here

Don't Stay Here
July 19, 2018Horrible Place to live, apartments are outdated and need to be remodeled. My apartment was broke into while staying there, and we had to keep reminding them to come fix the windows, and when we asked moved, they tried getting us to pay three more months of rent, and then sign a new 6 month lease. The girls in the office never pick up the phone, and don't try to work with you at all. After we moved out we got charged 35 dollars a stain on the carpet even though most of them were already there ...and the lady that moved us in said we did not need to document them. June 12, 2018We consider ourselves fortunate to have found these wonderful apartments within walking distance to UNC-Charlotte! We like our neighbors and the family atmosphere, and the fact that we're conveniently located near schools, restaurants, grocery stores and the cinema. It's a quick 25 minute drive to the heart of Charlotte, or you you can take the Blue Line at the university. Apartmant managers at Mallard Creek are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, welcoming, and enthusuastic. Great for students and young families
September 23, 2015Spacious apartments, walking distance from UNCC, relatively safe, and leasing agents who are friendly and helpful. August 16, 2015I've lived here for over a year and I've been very pleased with this property. It's very affordable and very quiet, even though the neighborhood is right next to UNCC. There are no loud parties and there are lots of families that live in the neighborhood. I never have any issues with my neighbors and everyone stays to themselves. The property stays pretty clean and maintenance does a great job of fixing things, they usually respond to the issue within two days or so. Great apartment, Great price
July 29, 2015I've been living in Mallard Creek Apartments for a little over a year now and I must say, I enjoy living here. I live in a 2 bedroom with my roommate. Rent is very affordable for the area and the amount of space you get here. Although we live right next to UNCC this neighborhood is pretty quiet and I never have any issues with my neighbors. Everyone stays to themselves and I haven't heard of any break-ins or crime. Maintenance is pretty fast and they usually fix the problem within two days of ...sending a request. The property manager also does a good job of returning phone calls. The property usually stays pretty clean.
