January 1, 2026This house is so dirty I have proof that they don't take care of their house, when you sign the contract they will give you an old dirty house that they say is where they put their animals to sleep.Property Manager Responded

July 8, 2025I went to Mallards landing today to look at an apartment, and there was this one staff member by the name of Paloma which was extremely helpful. She went over all the paperwork with me,gave me a tour, and explained my lease if I were to buy an apartment there.Property Manager Responded
