          April 15, 2026
          Awful neighborhood, homes are in poor condition and infested with roaches. Walk around the units, and you’ll see that a large number of homes have tarps over them due to poor roof conditions. Our roof leaked for several days during the winter 2025 storm, and it took Mallard 4 days to address our issues. Staff will move you into a unit with several issues and will disregard requests for repairs Been here for about 8 months, and this was easily the worst decision of my life

          The conditions of these apartments are awful. This has been the worse decision of my life to move into these apartments We were moved into a unit that had several broken appliances, roach infestation and smelled awful. Staff are unhelpful and when we have put in our maintenance requests, they are closed out and said to have been repaired when nobody has come by (this is for old management and new management) Walk around the neighborhood and you’ll see that there are a large amount of units that ...
          have tarps over them due to leaks. Our unit leaked for several days during the most recent snow storm before anybody came to do anything about it

          This house is so dirty I have proof that they don't take care of their house, when you sign the contract they will give you an old dirty house that they say is where they put their animals to sleep.

          I went to Mallards landing today to look at an apartment, and there was this one staff member by the name of Paloma which was extremely helpful. She went over all the paperwork with me,gave me a tour, and explained my lease if I were to buy an apartment there.
