Great Visit
June 3, 2025Our visit was scheduled quickly and a follow-up reminder. Very professional. Visitor parking was very easy, and we were greeted with a small/handshake and water. Every question we had was answered quickly and completely. Let us walk-through, measure, think about furniture placement and pretend it was ours. Showed some of the special features for garbage retrieval, door app, and the spacious conference room, club rooms, and special events. We have likely found our home. #1 Management Team in the area
August 11, 2022#1 Management Team in the area! Beautiful Apartments. Wonderful Amenities. Quick/Efficient Maintenance. We have all experienced poor management from our past rental properties. For me, I felt like I had one of the worst experiences of my life and the team at Mallory Square turned it all around for me. My husband and I, our newborn son and our dogs were desperately looking for an apartment after being displaced from another apartment complex down the street due to mold. (That’s a whole other ...story) When we told the team at Mallory Square what we had been through, they made it their priority to help us out! Blaise, who was our point of contact throughout the whole process, made sure that we were able to move in quickly and without a hitch! He was so accommodating and truly cared about the situation that we found ourselves in. We finally felt safe. Like we could breathe. Ramone and Kimberly also made us feel so welcome. Their hospitality is second to none. Any question we had, they were there. We feel like family. Every time we are in the front office, they ask “How is everything going today? Are you adjusting well?” Just small gestures like that, make such a huge impact on how you feel on where you are living. On move in day-we noticed a small leak and let Blaise know immediately. His maintenance team had it fixed quicker than we could have imagined! So thankful for their communication and efficiency. At the end of the day, we could not be more grateful for the staff, the clean/beautiful apartment, and all the amenities we now get to enjoy. We finally have a safe place to raise our baby boy. Great new place
June 1, 2022Staff is responsive and helpful. Amenities are great and clean, the place is full of life, and it's very comfortable. Located in a solid location close to many stores, restaurants, post office, etc. All in all a very pleasant place to live.Property Manager Responded

Pet Friendly, Nice Apartments, Friendly Staff
May 18, 2022I am a current resident, and have lived here almost two years. The property management staff is very friendly and accommodating. The apartments are modern and the surrounding neighborhood is comfortable and provides a feeling of safety. Most of all, the building is very pet friendly. My dog has many furiends and there are dog parks nearby.Property Manager Responded

Maintenence was great... (Verified Renter)
February 25, 2022Maintenence was great and it is hard to come by sometimes. I don't know if I'd recommend the apartments solely based on that but one of the positive things about living here is the great maintenance staff and their work.Review from Apartments.com
