March 16, 2023I recently moved into this terrible apartment complex that is dirty, has black mold, unsecured windows and patio screening, water leaks, roaches & other insects, many more awful things. The management is also willingly unhelpful and made mistakes with our payment, then refused to admit it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Best complex ever!
February 14, 2020I have lived at Mallory square for a little over three years. Moved here from New York and it was the best decision I ever made. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Mallory square is such a great community. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The pool is gorgeous you literally feel like your at a 5 star resort. I have a lakeview and every single morning I wake up I look out and feel like I’m on a cruise. It was well worth the extra $! My apartment is spacious and whenever I have ever needed maintenance ...assistance they were always helpful in a timely fashion and always got the job done. If you ever need anything fixed or repaired they are always there to help! Guillermo is great. He’s so helpful and touches up things hat need to be touched up jsut to help! The office workers are fantastic. Dawn the manager is amazing. She’s the best! She is very accommodating and truly has her residents best interest at heart. She’s a sweatheart! If I ever needed anything she was always right there to help me. Jason is great as well. He’s always there to give assistance and always gives great advice and is very accommodating too! Anything and everything I ever needed Mallory square has helped me without hesitation. The apartments are always clean and quiet. Never in three years have I ever had any complaints. No loud neighbors. I would give this complex a six star if I could. There is nothing I would change. From the lakeviews, location, pool, atmosphere, office staff, residence staff, the gym, the price of the rent is priceless. The pricing of the rent is worth every penny with that view and the location. The gym is also great it’s a spacious gym, is never too busy and machines are always available to use. You even have the option to opt in for a garage to park your car safely. No crime. Family oriented and business professionals. The leasing office is newly renovated. You can even rent it out for events like birthdays, parties, etc. there’s pool table and nice tv and great amenities! there truly isn’t one thing I would change about Mallory square. It’s the best apt complex I ever lived in. Your 35 minutes from the nearest beach (honeymoon island) and about 45 mins from St Pete and Clearwater. Your in walking distance from ships like target, nail salon, hair salon, michaels, gas station, etc. it’s also right off w Hillsborough. About 20 mins from downtown Tampa and 15 mins from the airport. You will NOT regret choosing Mallory square and You will feel like everyday is a vacation!Property Manager Responded

Awesome Complex
February 2, 2018Everything is always well taken care of. I’ve never had a problem with the maintenance. Everyone is friendly and keeps you informed. The only issue I have is parking. The parking isn’t the best, but it’s doable for all of the other perks.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2015My apartment complex is awesome, we receive newsletters with different things going on throughout the complex. This month we had an 80s kareoke party, last month there was a pool party with snacks and volleyball contests. Our complex also has many amenities I haven't seen at other complexes. It's definitely one to check out if you are looking. Also publix is right down the street.Review from Apartments.com
Awful Parking
August 23, 2015The buildings and apartments themselves are nice and roomy. Average amenities. If you are someone who isn't home by 6pm every night, forget about finding a parking spot remotely close to your apartment. The gate is typically not in working order either. The maintenance men are very friendly and work quick and efficiently, but I find that the office staff often forgets to communicate to them when there is an issue as I usually have to call a few times.Review from Apartments.com
