April 2, 2025I absolutely love it here. I love Rob and Anthony and how sweet and helpful they are. Being a young adult not knowing all of the ins and outs of house maintenance and they are ALWAYS willing to help. Tanisha in the leasing office is so knowledgeable, both professionally and personally. I have gone to her for both small issues here in the community and personal issues that I needed advice with. Valarie the manager is the most AMAZING person also! She is always willing to share advice and address ...concerns with ease. I can say that I absolutely love living here more than anywhere I lived even growing up. They have all made this place feel like i’m safe in my community. I could not have wished for a better experience in any other complex. These people truly care about YOU as a resident and as a person. I plan on resigning my lease here for sure! January 20, 2025As a resident for the past 17 months, my experience has been very nice. The premises are kept clean thanks to our fantastic crew maintenance guys. They are always quick to act when the situation arises. These guys are the best in my book. The current office staff is doing a wonderful job (haven't experience any issues with them) compared to when I first arrived. I believe that the trash issue is finally remedied and when there is an issue, I've noticed that they get an extra bin in asap. Thanks ...for doing a great job.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2025For the price the place isn't bad. Just don't expect much from maintenance or the "amenities". This is what i have learned in the 3 years ive lived here. Pool is always dirty and has always opened late. Playground is a hazard. The gym is a joke. Apartments are good size but the fireplace is 50/50 whether it works and the appliances are old and outdated. Have had issues with leaks. Maintenance takes forever and they are a bit inappropriate.Review from Apartments.com
