ROACHES
August 28, 2021They have roaches. Do not move here. Yes there is an exterminator but clearly they need another one because this one can’t be effective. There’s an infestation and it is inhabitable and unacceptable especially if you have children.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2022Hello, Our community is highly managed with all preventative exterminations. We do multiple yearly inspections in every single unit. If there are roaches present it is definitely due to a specific tenant's unit. We have not had any signs or complaints of any bugs or mice in our community. Manchester Court does not allow any infestations of any kind nor do we condone any unsanitary conditions in any of our tenant's units. Thank you

Place used to be ok
July 18, 2018The place used to be ok. Now they have a new lady named Tina trying to run it that never answers the phone always locks the office door, Can’t ever go in there and talk personal cause her kids are always there! She leaves early darn near everyday. What gets me is she allows her young son to go to the pool without direct supervision. They have a Corp number but nobody seems to care.Review from Apartments.com
Don't do it!
April 30, 2017I lived on the 3rd floor for 2 years just because I couldn't afford to move. But I remember days crying because of the inhumane way the staff even the corporate office treats its tenants. My apt. in the summer time would get unbearable even with the AC running. My bill in the summer went upto $200. In the winter it was around $40. They had two broken washers that smelled so bad, it would make you vomit when you entered the laundry room even with all the pleas from the tenants nothing was done. ...The dryer was burning peoples clothing and once caught on fire. Because this is corporate owned they get away with a lot. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please research this place ask the tenants especially if you have children, this is not a sanitary nor safe place to raise children.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Poorly maintained, bud bugs
September 8, 2016I am a current resident (2 years). A new management company took over and since then the property has gone downhill quickly. maintenance request take weeks to get completed and the office staff act put off to perform basic duties of a property manager. I now know of three cases of bed bugs in one building alone and none of the other residents were informed. Look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
