The front office might respond to these reviews saying they're 'working on it,' but it's just for public show. It’s been a terrible experience with zero concern from the property manager. Lack of Communication
July 17, 2024I like living here fine mainly because convenient location and having the space in a townhouse but just know any maintenance issues is going to take MONTHS to solve (and it wont even be solved truly) and there is little to none communication from leasing or maintenance. As in we had mold in our place and called/emailed/submitted maintenance requests multiple times a week for weeks and heard quite literally nothing back. Super awesome. Wouldn’t mind if they just emailed/called back and explained ...quite literally anything but yeah nothing.Property Manager Responded
