We have lived here 4 years. And have decided to extend our stay. Because its a great place to live. Management is just wonderful you can actually have a tenant landlord relationship. The new owners take good care on the property. The apartments have been upgraded with stainless steel appliances ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The grounds are also well kept. You can have all the perks in one place. Storage units and reserved parking spaces if you wish. A gated community.Its a family friendly place ...
a recreation area for the kids. For family time you can go to the pool and B-B-Q under the shade of the oak trees. Overall we have never had any problems. We requested the air filter change in our apartment it was done right away. The location is just right easy access to I-35, Tech Ridge hardly has any traffic the commute to work is easy. Shopping centers with in walking distance a mile at the most. Have HEB , JCPenny even Walgreens. Not to mention the bus stop in front of the apartments in case our car breaks down because you never know what life can throw your way. Nope we are going anywhere if we can help it. Don't know if I should tell you anymore you might want to move here, if you do just be a good neighbor. If you come with a man's "best friend" just use the bags provided to scoop the poop.
