February 23, 2026I have been a tenant for almost 3 years. I can't explain how it has been a saving grace. It is really close to Walmart and HEB. Also there are a bunch of good restaurants like the Chow Wok up the street that I absolutely LOVE. Also, the staff is AMAZING. If I need anything they are there to help. I have had 0 pest problems which is my biggest pet peeve as I am in a wheelchair. Like everything has been wonderful.Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2026I love living here for a number of reasons; spacious floor plans, no bugs in my building, close to Westheimer, and the right price. However I feel like the staff can communicate better. There isn't anyone that returns your calls when you leave a voicemail after hours, no responses to resident concerns regarding pet/ tenant behavior, and very little advance notice whenever someone needs to enter the apartments for inspections. January 22, 2026I have been here going on five years very quite with the exception of people living above me with the all night banging late at night. Ophelia is amazing love her property is well kept and clean. Somethings do need to change as far as the courtesy officer Something major can be wrong and he is not available he do not return calls at al I feel email should be post on community walks as it once use to from previous management who addressed many issues and concern from residents regarding noise ...parking and pets noise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
