December 15, 2025I like this place a lot, they keep up with the outside very well and maintenance always comes when you put in a request. The gate for the most part stays locked so not much crime happens. The only thing is the roaches, they should do regular pest control without having people to request it.Review from Apartments.com

December 1, 2025I love it here, the area is always nice and it’s quiet, from the leasing office to the maintenance men they’re grrreeeat!! Only problem is my neighbor above me. She feels she’s not living in the apartment by herself, it’s constant noise, I tune some out, but when u get off from working graveyard shift all you want to do is come home to peace and quietProperty Manager Responded

I give four stars only because i have a neighbor who does not abid by valet trash rules and has trash outside her door directly across from my unit that is not contained with multiple blood stained concrete. The other negative is not enough covered or garage spaces available to rent. I asked to be put on a wait list but still no availability.
