I moved into Mandalay on 4th two weeks ago and so far it has been a terrible experience. Right when we moved in there was already issues with the apartment. Two out of the four blinds were broken and the gate keys to get into the complex were not available. Also, we were never given any information on the codes for the gym or laundry room, what our mailbox number was, or even how to use the internet portal to pay our rent. ...answer the phone. After the first few days we discovered that there were multiple other issues. The dishwasher was broken, bathroom sink was broken, there was an issue with the flooring. They advertised that the apartments had all new cabinets and appliances, but in reality they only changed the cabinet doors and the flooring inside the cabinets were dirty. I called the office multiple times to put in work order request and was told that someone would come by at the end of the week. After multiple phone calls and finally escalating the issue to management, it turns out that there is no maintenance. So do yourself a favor, and do not live in this community.
