The Pros and Cons
June 23, 2025I'll start with the positives first. If you're trying to save $, have children, loud dogs, a heavy sleeper, or you're never home then this place is for you. The square footage for the monthly rent is decent and it's walking distance to the schools. If you're trying to save up to move to a nicer place or buy a house then this place could work. A loud dog or being a heavy sleeper would be beneficial for you or if you have children it helps with reducing the noise. You can overlook the dumpsters ...where other residents use as a dump site, a lot of the building needs to be updated (I'm not sure how it's passing inspections with their insurance company when there's a lot of missing siding or the drainage pipe is hanging etc. You can drive around and see this for yourself). The major cons are the extremely thin walls where you can hear all of your neighbors. It doesn't matter what floor you're on, but I guess the worst would be the second floor since you'll have three neighbors versus two if you chose the first or third floor. If you're in the restroom and turn on the bathroom fan, you can hear the toilet flush or your neighbor using the restroom. Basically, unless you have your tv or some type of sound on constantly, you can hear pretty much everything like someone coughing or people's entire conversations through the walls. I think the worst has been listening to all of the domestic violence going on. Another dangerous thing is a lot of families have recently moved in and they don't watch their children when they run out into the road. It doesn't help that people speed throughout the apartment complex and God forbid hits one of the kids. The old speed bumps were damaged and they never installed new ones. The gates are normally broken but you learn to ignore it. Another dangerous part besides people speeding throughout the apartment is people exiting through the "only" entrance gate and entering through the "only" exit gate, it's almost caused several accidents/head on collisions. Whether you believe the "negative" reviews or not, you'll find out on your own. I recommend that if sleep is important to you and you're a light sleeper, find another place even if it's not on the "good" side of town or adjust your budget and move somewhere nicer with fewer complaints about thin walls. I'm not sure why these apartments haven't been switched to a section 8 or classified as lower income apartments because it's not the same quality as when I first moved here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Decent/ OK/1st Apartment Appropriate
August 9, 2022This apartment is just okay. The exterior pictures do not represent what the actual complex looks like. The staff seems to be friendly each time I have to visit. The exterior of the apartment complex is a little trashy. The inside of each apartment is nice! The walls are extremely thin.. I read other comments and thought they were being dramatic. They were not being dramatic at all. I can hear top, bottom, and side neighbors sometimes all at the same time. Love Living Here!
October 25, 2021We love living here! The staff is kind, hospitable and very understanding. The maintenance man is incredibly friendly and hard working. The Office manager even knows our dog's name. The apartment is spacious. We live in a 3 bed 2 bath and often have 10+ friends over for dinner or game night with room to be comfortable. The property is also quiet and peaceful. Horrible Place
October 21, 2020Nothing luxury about these apts..Management do not care about residents, parking is horrible, cops are there at least once a week,trash cans overflowing,gates never work, you can hear everything your neighbor is saying,paperthin walls,office staff are so rude and not welcoming,management does nothing about complaints,cars always speeding etc . The Other Reviews are Way Too Extreme
July 1, 2020Of course I can only speak of my own experiences at the apartment complex. I have lived here for 2 years and have had zero issues with the apartment itself or the staff. The staff have always been pleasant to me and other residents whenever I have been in the office. Whenever I have had issues with the apartment or needed maintenance, they were there within the day. The main issues with the complex is the residents. There is a problem with guest parking, but the main reason for this I have seen ...is that actual residents at the apartment refuse to get a parking permit then use the guest spaces to circumvent getting an additional parking permit (I don't know why they do this as parking permits are free). Resident parking is plentiful and there is plenty of spaces, but I do wish more spaces were allocated for guest parking. Residents can be lazy on picking up after their dogs, but staff try to address this as much as they can. Also residents can be lazy in putting their garbage in the dumpster, when all they have to do is either open the bin or walk 20 feet to the next dumpster. Another negative that doesn't affect me as much as it does those with pets is that there are fleas in the area. So if you have a dog that you walk then you will need flea medications to treat them monthly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 4, 2020Not enough parking for all residents, dumpsters take up parking spots by the way their placed, police are always called to different buildings so it’s not safe for kids, owner and management do nothing but ask for more money for fees that don’t make sense, and finally don’t have any visitors because their is barley parking for residents let alone visitors and both will get towed! December 24, 2018I agree with the person who said the parking is terrible. If you go to the store, don’t get anything heavy because you will have to walk a long way to your apartment. Absolute truth
September 9, 2018This place is my official worst nightmare. Hope you like shipt and favor because if you are somehow lucky enough to find a parking spot near your apartment I can assure you 1000% you will not get it back. They designed the entire place completely stupidly with not enough parking, dumpsters taking up parking spots, construction materials left in the parking lot they didn’t bother cleaning up and I haven’t been able to park near my apartment building for a month now.
