Outstanding Maintenance and Staff
July 24, 2022We have lived at Manor House apartments since 2013. The Maintenance team is fabulous. Whenever we have ever had a need they have been there to fix it in a timely manner. The Leasing Staff is also great. They are knowledgeable, friendly and are always welcoming of any questions we may have about upcoming community events. Good Place To Live
May 3, 2022It is close to everything. Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Kennett Square to name just a few. Easy to get to other states as well. Maintenance is superior. Anytime I have put in a work order they have been right on top of everything which I'm very grateful for. Several of the tenants have beautiful gardens or flowers around which is always nice to see. It's nice seeing the squirrels running around and playing and birds flying around and hearing them chirping. I wish the apartments had ...more storage and airconditioning in all the rooms, as it gets very warm in the summer in the one bedroom that doesn't have air conditioning. Overall I can't complain about the neighbors. When I did have a problem I addressed the issues either with them directly or discussed it with the leasing office. The leasing office does take things seriously and addresses the issues which is great. They had one excellent leasing manager and she is no longer here. She took care of things here such as the property and issues with tenants, etc. She seemed to be on top of everything. Had two other leasing managers since she has been gone who didn't cut it in my opionion. Hopefully, this new one will be as good as the one that was here when we first moved in. I can't complain other than the rents are getting high which I'm not sure that we will be able to stay much longer.Property Manager Responded

One thing that stood out to me from the start is the kind communication from management as well as the promptness of the maintenance staff. Love my Apartment

August 13, 2015We are happy here in our 2 bedroom with spacious dining room and living room. We have everything we need in kitchen and bathroom including washer and dryer. Nice patio in back and well maintained property with use of community building, playground, exercise facility, and pool. It is extra nice being next to a township park along with walking distance to everything else like the shopping center, banks, movie theater, and restaurants. We are even close to school and doctor. We are on the edge of ...the city, but you wouldn't know it. Just like the country-side and we have more family time instead of taking care of a house and the property around it. Manor apartments are best in Lancaster
May 20, 2014These apartments are covered with wonderful natural beauty. Anybody can get anything on walking distance(if they don't have a car). Other services like pool, gym and play area are good. The best thing is Manor shuttle which takes residents to grocery store and shopping mall once in every week.Review from Apartments.com
